Hello, I am Dr. Kang. I was born in Seoul, South Korea, but immigrated with my parents and sisters to Munster, IN when I was 13 years old. I never pictured myself settling down in Indiana, but I realized this was home for me when I lived in Texas for a year.
I attended Purdue University in West Lafayette for my undergraduate degree and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Indiana University in 2006. After working for Heartland Dental Corporation as an Associate Dentist in a Pediatric Dental Office, I was ready for a practice of my own and that's where Broadway Dental Care was born in October 2008.
My husband and I have been married for about 17 years and we have two beautifully amazing children, a fur baby (miniature poodle), and two grand geckos together. My daughter Olivia is very active in school and sports, and my son Isaac loves playing games with his friends and he is just the funniest kid.
When I am not working or at kid activities, I enjoy my alone time watching true crime shows or documentaries and listening to audiobooks. My family and I enjoy traveling and making memories together.
